  教学、科研概况 

    对待工作认真负责、爱岗敬业,不断提高业务能力,与同事关系融洽。具有扎实的理论基础和较强的实际工作能力,具有良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神。讲授本科课程:药用高分子材料学、制药工程学、制药分离工程等,受到了督导专家和学生的一致好评;积极进行教学研究,主持校级教研项目一项,指导国家大学生创新本科生项目1项,校级创新项目多项。
